Connections

The Peacemakers sit unusually early in the story: a pre-Go-Go funk/R&B band that, according to its own history, adapted as the city’s sound developed. Their 1981–83 evidence makes them a bridge between the pre-Go-Go foundation and the citywide early-1980s live network.
